A photo shoot 8 months in the making

I had an itchy trigger finger during my pregnancy, despite the fact that I was put on bed rest at just 14 weeks.  It's too much to ask a photographer to put the camera down.  Since I was not able to take other people's pictures; I turned the camera on myself and my children.  I took a shoot each month of my pregnancy after the first trimester.  It was a little tricky getting these shot with a tripod and a remote, but I love them.  This is the first time I have felt comfortable having pictures of me while pregnant.  I guess my perspective evolved with each pregnancy.  I feel so fortunate to have another baby and I wanted to document the journey each step of the way. 

.the good new is...

With this image, I am happy to announce that I am having baby #4! That is the good news.
However, due to complications with this pregnancy, I have had to stop shooting for the time being. I will post as soon as I am back to work. I would love to get a few shoots in this spring, so here is hoping. love to you all, Wendy.
